Excellent strings and great valueMar 02, 2010 Excellent guitar strings - they last a long time, sound great and are pretty cheap.
Good quality/price ratioMar 01, 2010 The strings worked just fine. There are a little lighter than I thougth, but work great. Good quality for the price!.

get the right strings for your guitarDec 07, 2009 I changed my Ovation guitar's strings two weeks ago and used Elixir polyweb light acoustic guitar strings. I just installed strings that were too large for my guitar and the guitar was hard to play. So I installed these EXL light electric guitar strings. The result was a guitar whose strings sat very close to the frets and strings that were much much easier to play because the string tension was only 16 psi where the Elixir strings were 26 psi; both strings tuned to the standard E. I am sure had I used an equivalent Elixir string, the results would have been the same. This was an ID 10 T error and no fault of the guitar strings. As these EXL110 strings are much cheaper than the Elixir strings and to me sound just as good, I recommend you try these strings. Your finger tips will thank you.

Great StringsAug 31, 2009 I settled on the D'Addario XLs sometime ago. I use them on a Telecaster (actually 2 of them). Great tone and they bend well with no breaking strings. They sound fantastic when they're first put on, and tend to settle in after about a week of playing. Tone stays nice and consistent until I change them which is every 4 to 6 weeks. I play daily and a total of about 8 to 10 hours a week. Peace.
